Many schools observed the Day of Pink with assemblies, videos and other anti-bullying activities. Several schools began building awareness earlier in the week and plan on continuing to introduce strategies to stop bullying in our schools and in our community.

Birch River School students took part in jig saw activities that included creating puzzle pieces that fit together to show how we unite together to show support. They also began a spare change drive during this event with the proceeds going towards the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
