April 16th (12-6 pm): Registration at the War Veterans Community Hall.

Submission of works to be Exhibited and Adjudicated

April 17th Adjudication of work (not open to Public)

April 18th (10am – 8pm): Public Exhibition of Entries
Silver Collection at the Door

April 19th (10am – 4pm): Public Exhibition of Entries
Silver Collection at the Door
(4pm -6pm): Art Entry Retrieval.

NOTE: it would be preferable if teachers personally pick up all entries from their classes; however if this is not possible Arrangements can be made with us to take all the school entries to the SVRSS (Visual Communication room) and teachers can pick them up afterwards.

Fees:
Individual Entries:
Adults: $3.00 per entry
Students – Grade 9 to 12, Independent Art Students $3.00 per entry.
One entry per individual per category.

School Classroom Entries:
Kindergarten to Grade 8:
$12.00 per class (or $1.00 per student, whichever is less.)

Adjudication/Judging:
Grade 9-12, Adult Entries, Independent Art Students:
Each Entry will receive an individual written adjudication.

Grade 9-12, Adult Entries, Independent Art Students:

Group Verbal Adjudication will take place on the exhibition day.

Teachers can bring their students for a tour with the appointed adjudicator on Thursday, April 18th, between 10: 00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
The Adjudicator will share how artworks are adjudicated and provide constructive tips for future entries.

NOTE: Teachers, please call a committee member (below) prior to the Exhibition day with approximate numbers and a time you would like to tour the exhibition with the Adjudicator.

-Remember to bring this completed form to registration (on April 16th).
-Only original artwork may be submitted; entries will not be accepted if they have been previously submitted at any other Visual Arts Festival.
-Classroom/group art projects are encouraged.
