Low Vision Care Clinic Informative and Interesting

Dr. Michelle Marshall O.D. FCOVD, and Tammie Clemenson, office manager of Be Seeing You Vision Centre prior to the Low Vision Care Clinic held on Thursday, September 27 at St. James Anglican Church.

The audience of forty listened attentively as Dr. Marshall explained that Low vision refers to a visual condition that interferes with daily activities and cannot be corrected by conventional means.

The audience listens to Dr. Marshall address the common causes of eye disease, the causes, symptoms and treatment available. Her most informative presentation led to excellent questions from the participants and they were clearly addressed by Dr. Marshall. She reminded her audience that prevention can do much to prevent vision loss and that regular eye examinations are essential.
