RESOLVED THAT the Village of Bowsman set a reserve bid in the amount of tax arrears and costs with respect to each property not redeemed from the Tax Sale to be held November 17th, 2012 @ 2pm, by public auction.

WHERE AS the Province of Manitoba has discontinued the Community Loans Program and has requested repayment of all outstanding loans sponsored through said program, and;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Village of Bowsman Council does hereby support the reinstatement of the “Swan Valley Enterprise Centre Community Development Corporation” for the purpose of repaying the outstanding loan in the amount of $20,000 to the Province of Manitoba.
