A Special Meeting of Council of the Village of Benito was called
to order at 1:10 p.m. on Thursday August 2, 2012 in the Village
Council Chambers.

Present – Deputy Mayor Scouten; Councilor Schneider; Councilor Zebinski; Councilor Offenberger

Teesha Klochko-Ries – Office Clerk
William Woytkiw – Maintenance

Absent – Mayor Meadows
Chief Administrative Officer – Pat Ellingson

Deputy Mayor Scouten called the meeting to
order at 1:10 p.m.

1. OFFENBERGER
SCHNEIDER
RESOLVED that the agenda for the Special Council meeting held on August 2, 2012 be adopted as presented.
Carried.

2. ZEBINSKI
SCHNEIDER
RESOLVED that the Village of Benito accept the tender from John P. Enns Construction to replace a portion of the Sewer Forcemain, as outlined and for the sum as quoted in the letter attached hereto as Schedule “A”.
Carried.

3. ZEBINSKI
OFFENBERGER
RESOLVED that we do adjourn the meeting at 1:25 pm.
