The Town of Swan River has declared a State of Local Emergency due to potential lift station failure as of 6:45 pm July 18th, 2012.
This declaration is authorized under the Province of Manitoba Emergency Measures Act.
The citizens are asked to:
Reduce all water consumption
Prepare your basements – lift furniture, cover floor drains, shower drains and toilets
Updates will be provided when received from the Town of Swan River
